Majalengka, January 09, 2021
Hello Good Morning everyone,
I am Dede Susilawati, my activity before the Covid-19 pandemic was a 5th semester D3 Computerized Accounting student at the Catur Insan Cendekia University. In this covid-19 pandemic situation, all activities are limited including teaching and learning, therefore during the Covid-19 pandemic, all of us, including me, have to learn from home (online).
Here I will share my vacation experience during the Covid-19 pandemic, before that my family and I planned on December 2, 2020 to take a vacation / tour to the islands of Java (West Java, Central Java and East Java) and Madura, because as usual at the end of the year usually my family and I went on a pilgrimage to Walisongo for about 5 days. But since at that time Majalengka was back in the red zone the plan failed, huhuhu, it’s sad. Pilgrimage failure is not a problem for me and my family because the most important thing is safety and health.
Finally, on December 22, 2020, which coincided with Mother’s Day, my mother and I were on vacation outside the city, namely the City of Kuningan, actually it was not a vacation, more precisely, visiting my sister’s house to visit my nephew.
Before we left, I said “Happy Mother’s Day” to my mother, followed by a photo before going to Kuningan, hehe … here are the photos taken with my mother.

In the midst of taking pictures, suddenly my father appeared from behind covering my face while taking pictures, and it made my mother chirp with his jokes so I was happy because my mother and father were always joking, which made the atmosphere warm. Below is a moment that was caught on camera when it was really scary, just like a ghost, the moment it was caught on camera xixi …

After being satisfied taking pictures with my father’s mother, the cussss mother and I went to Kuningan. Why don’t you come to Kuningan ??? Hmm, why huh … you didn’t go to Kuningan because at that time your foot was sick, the doctor said, the uric acid was really gout so you didn’t come, and we seem to be using a motorbike so it’s just the two of you. Oh yes, on the way, I forgot to capture the moment because it was too focused on driving, not too focused on you, yes, what kind of riches is it huh …
Long story short, my mother and I arrived at my sister’s house, to be precise at Ds. Ciketak Kec. Kadugede. Does anyone know this area here wkwk … at that time we took a break first because it was sore and tired, from Majalengka to Kuningan on a motorbike huhhhh it feels great xixi
After feeling enough rest, my sister invited me to buy meatballs and Seblak to Kadugede square. Hmmm Seblak, what is Seblak? As far as I know, it is a typical food from Bandung, guys, it looks like this …

What I imagined at that time was seblak which was delicious, fresh, and spicy, but in reality it was very different from seblak Majalengka, wkwk, in my opinion, it is better as seblak majalengka, guys. So if you go to Majalengka, don’t forget to snack beforehand, xixi.
So the conclusion of my story is, during the Covid-19 pandemic I spent more time at home, because I was the type of person who followed government rules for the sake of safety and health together. Why did I take this story to brass? because before going to Kuningan is a very rare moment for me, where usually every Mother’s Day, I just say happy Mother’s Day without being accompanied by a photo. And my father’s mother is the type of person who is really hard to take a photo with for some reason I also don’t know. So a memorable holiday moment in my opinion is the story above.
Thanks for reading my writing, I hope your happiness will be transmitted to all readers.

Stay Possitive
